Wait! What? This is Christmas! What's with the devil guy motif? This is Krampus, who apparently is a European tradition where he travels with Santa and deals with the bad little boys and girls. Not that well known here in America, I guess he's got his own festivals in the Germanic parts of Europe.
These two pieces of artwork are actually smaller in size and are for a card set of 6 for an exchange at the end of the month. My friend Tracy does a card exchange with other creative friends where a new theme is chosen each month, artwork is created, and the cards are then exchanged with each other. These are my first two, drawn during today's football games, and I'll still need to color them.
