Up late watching Turner Classic Movies again while sketching and there was a series of movies with June Allison (Hello, June Allison!!!). Anyway, there was one character actor in a supporting roll who I've seen turn up in movies before. He's much taller and bulkier than I've got him here but I wanted to work from memory and get that goofy look he had plus give it that 1930s feel.
